But if you do then you sell too quick you have recapture so thats why guys area always moving up in aircraft so they dont have to pay the tax man.. but when you start at the top of the food chain  G 550 next up is a BBJ Jet  ( 737)

Once you submit their moving papers to the Sec 8 authority (I don't know the name of any where you live, but in Chicago it's CHA, HACC, etc), their paperwork will designate how to submit, they will set up an inspection and give you a list of items to fix (typically if the unit is newer, you won't have many items to fix).
