.$3.33 To put a smoke detector back on the ceiling (We had finally removed it because no matter how many times we replaced the battery, we finally realized it was broken, we could never get it to stop the constant annoying chirping, And we forgot to put it back up before leaving)And the most ridiculous one of all…$20.00 To take our 2 trash cans to the curb along with the some extra bags of trash and old empty cardboard boxes.

WTH -- it has pretty much guaranteed our maintenance guy will have steady paint work at that facility for the foreseeable future.Buy hardwood trim and paint it if you like but educate yourself on the hardness level of various woods and ability to resist damage - painted trim looks good but if people are banging into it all the time it's the dumbest thing to install what is basically cardboard IMO.

Try this, maybe this sounds crazy but I know it works:Step 1) Buy a map of your city or townStep 2) map out where all the "Big Box" stores are, or shopping malls.Step 3) Make up some weatherproof cardboard signs saying "I buy houses" and include your phone number and or website.

@J Scott agreed on the area.. most low end areas I have seen when I look at that video and Ned I assume that was Ned leading the charge.. was able to remove a plastic pane and some card board and walk in and the persons belongs are still there..
