Think outside the box and brush up on your sales skills instead.

Brush the dust off, spray with 100% ammonia and rinse with a hose, air dry.

You can see I routinely  mix a lot of brushed stainless and nickel, chrome, and oil rubbed bronze. 

I guess: 6 hours to paint (including dry time and touch up), an hour to pour, over the first few hours I have to keep brushing the edges and catching droplets on the underside, and then 2 days to fully cure. 

Yes I imagine there are wholesale investors who are time wasters, but it would be a shame to tar them all with the same brush as some are goldmines. 

The tree damaged another tree on the way down but the brush has been hauled off and things cleaned up.

If the walls are above grade, use an asphalt coating you can roll or brush on.

You need to police your own, crooks take legit business away from you, harm the image of investors, make things harder for you to deal in, authorities paint with a broad brush bringing you in the same scam categories and ultimately you suffer the backlash of their greed or ignorance or both.
