I am too big and too much at stake to fool with something that is border line..

As many of us Canadian BP'ers can attest to, things are different north of the border.

(near Stafford border.)There are 2 other properties on sale in that subdivision. 

We also go in and correct erroneous data, and enter information applicable as laws change, as school boundaries change, as jurisdictional borders change etc.

I would be for a Snohomish/King county border place.

@Michele G.While I recommend NKY properties to my clients there is a lot of activity there and deals are harder to come by due to the smaller footprint compared to just north of the border in Cincinnati.  

@Angelo Mart  I researched rent-o-meter, craigslist, zillow, and hotpads and for an average rental price in a 3-mile radius and calculated $1500 for the 2/1 and $1650 for both 3/1's.What numbers do you have for units on the border of 07111 and 07083? 

In border states, such as in the Rust Belt and New England, we have found smaller local banks and credit unions who are willing to lend to Canadians (and are familiar with Canadian credit histories, NOAs, etc).

I'm originally from Beverly, Chicago near the southwest border, but recently moved to Tinley Park once I finished school this past May.
