I think what you're saying , Christian, is that fund transfers between cells is comingling, I'd disagree strongly but it does matter as to the nature of the accounts, the business conducted, the association between cells set under the Operating Agreement and the circumstances, we don't know those issues as to such a claim, but, this is well established over decades and know as departmental accounting under one business entity. 

I'm still in the planning stage for this project, but am looking to get it going in the next 6 months to a year and would love some feedback from you guys so I can design a product that would be loved by everyone across the board!
