@Sean OToole, I understand your point here, and all I wanted here was to give you a feedback of the feature that you have as part of the service.It's obvious that you should do your title search at a renowned title company, but with the preliminary step in analyzing, its a great resource to have in your arsenal.

Education is the best tool in your arsenal for making lots of money.

It's a new technique in their arsenal. 

I wonder when all the people paying huge sums for these mentorship’s will come to realize that they’ll obtain better returns as investors in our syndications and funds rather than trying to compete with us with little knowledge, no experience and relatively little capital in their arsenal.   

That has been my roadblock for two months now (and the deals go fast) however I’m still trying all the tools in my arsenal until I break it, you never know I might get lucky. 

Two potent tools in any investor's arsenal are wholesaling and brokering private and hard money.
