Much like my path into medicine, I know being successful with researching, investing and other components of CRE will take a lot of hard work and dedication but I am ready to learn.

Ok, now for the medicine :)  Buying real estate is a lot like falling in love.  

A market that remains widely untapped.Some local Cannabis Clubs have begun to spring up in order to fill the need for a place Renters and other non-homeowners can safely consume their medication (Yes, it is medicine and the US government holds patent 6630507 that even says so).

Law or medicine you have areas of specialty ..in RE its the same.. granted 90% of agents all the do the same thing they sell resi.But there is huge money in the commercial side.. and being that you have an advanced degree this may interest you.. the lead up time and incubation is far longer than resi but the pay days once established are far greater 500 to 1 mil a year and much more is common.YOu could specialize in small multi's..

That being said I'm 19 and a second year college student studying medicine at Colgate University so thats where I am when I am away from my home in Hamburg, NY.

I understand I wont make fortunes out of medicine, and I'm not willing to do the Time/Family-for-money exchange, other than the amount that will satisfy my need to help the comunity and get me my experience, but either dont believe on a magical secret solution, rather I am looking forward to get educated and learn from you, more experienced people than me on how to make smart investments.
