Law or medicine you have areas of specialty ..in RE its the same.. granted 90% of agents all the do the same thing they sell resi.But there is huge money in the commercial side.. and being that you have an advanced degree this may interest you.. the lead up time and incubation is far longer than resi but the pay days once established are far greater 500 to 1 mil a year and much more is common.YOu could specialize in small multi's..

I understand I wont make fortunes out of medicine, and I'm not willing to do the Time/Family-for-money exchange, other than the amount that will satisfy my need to help the comunity and get me my experience, but either dont believe on a magical secret solution, rather I am looking forward to get educated and learn from you, more experienced people than me on how to make smart investments.
