Obviously I am not including service animals in this discussion since they are a protected class.

With animals they can be fed hay  and only need a water trough.

We will not allow animals or smoking, which will limit our tenants but also mitigate associated risks. 

Its interesting how they follow close to sharks and other large animals, this bond is symbiotic(they both benefit).

Regarding: Assistance Animals In CA, I'm a landlord of an upstairs space inside our single family home.

Needless to say I worked like an animal in my 20's, but I haven't had a mortgage for a number of years now.  

i recently found a property that is an old farm house that sits in a good bit of land but it isnt used as a farm any more and also located on the property is a large 20 dog kennel building that the owners have been useing as an animal shelter so i was wondering if it would be a possible to get a grand to buy the land?

They kept two cats and two dogs inside, and the place nearly required a gas mask to step into (and this is coming from someone who has animals in the house and is used to the smell). 

SFH to start, but getting into MF and small commercial (a different animal) within 12-18 months.

In my for rent ads, I post a little about my criteria and then ask if they smoke or have any animals.
