This has a few advantages including much less cash out-of-pocket, no need to secure financing, etc..My question is:  if the seller is willing to let you take over their loan, what are the analytics to generate the total offer you make them?  

On top of this report, Moody’s Analytics tells that the growth in single-family home rentals will be accelerated.

I'm looking for someone to help with data analytics, quickbooks reconciling and such, CRM management, transaction coordination, and basically any other task I can outsource. 

I see a hesitance/ resistance in adopting the data analytics or technology to good use. 

I would like to revisit this same deal with some assistance to improve my analytical skills and areas of improvement.

Your investment team will find and analyze properties and provide actionable analytics, not MLS sheets.

They should also provide the analytics you will need to make an informed decision, not MLS sheets.
