In my experience the extra bit of return you get from buying a little cheaper is more than paid for in aggravation and headaches so I’m done with that, no more C or D areas for me.But for folks that are younger or tougher, yes you can get better returns in those areas and I’m happy there are people that will own in those areas as there’s obviously a need for rental properties there.
