Here in DC area its killing landlords as well as the small retail as the office buildings are all first floor retail/food service and the govt is not back to office or they are 2-3 days per week which for these businesses is a 406-%+ drop as typically fridays would be the day you go out for lunch etc. and now most people work from home on fridays.

I just stopped in, spoke with a manager and told them I was wanting to put a card on file to be used up to $200 on a Friday morning.

I wanted to go into a little more detail on this fire that I had in my community. Fires in parks happen, but now of three, two were caused by humans one intentional and one most likely unintentional but still man-made...

Every week, the King County, Washington sheriff's office posts a list of judicial foreclosure auctions from that Friday morning, with the starting bid and final selling price for each home. 

I terminated my sponsorship on Friday. 

Here nearly every auction is on a Tuesday, 1st Tuesday of the month, so they will get paid on Friday/Monday...and occasionally 5 mins before the sale.You are correct $500,000 properties rarely get sold for $10,000.   

Each property has made over $1 Million and some are profiting over $2 Million.I just closed on a $1.5 Million purchase on Friday.

Small celebration here, I closed last Friday on another one (ownership in 6 now) for $12,500 for a 1 bed 1 bath that I can turn to a 2 bed 1 bath.
