And the refi is going to put them at 93%, supposedly because it will find the future capex issues (wouldn't that be the new owners issue in a couple more years?)

My point is, you guys and girls are supposed to be critically thinking investors.

And yes, that was NOT supposed to be in the policy.  

I’ve heard of their full recourse scenarios consisting of personal assets and even garnishing wages(I suppose it’s contract dependent and how sharky they’d guys get).

We were suppose to be down there on Oct. 14th, but have no way to visit due to the damaged roads.

While one agent is out partying, slacking, or maybe doing their other job because they're not all in on being an agent - another agent is working, easily reachable, or willing to do what they're supposed to do. 

But Now, in my area, not only does a plumber have to be the one that touches that, but I am "supposed" to hire a plumber just to demo (i.e. remove a toilet or vanity) the house. 

I suppose the underwriting will come in after I have finalized on a property or a few properties after funnelling them through with initial analysis.

I suppose the picture is painted rosier at the beginning..But maybe that's the expectation in the Detroit market.  

One in on standby in Clemson and ready to move in, was supposed to stay through the weekend but I will probably have to refund them everything or close to it.
