Everything I've seen elsewhere that was a condo just had too many risks and were basically homeowners who couldn't afford a SFH and overpaying for a condo and arguing that they get a tax write off + a softly quantifiable convenience yield (close to subway?).  

I think the 2nd avenue subway is going to be very transformative for that part of Manhattan.  

I know you can get this in the subway tile look as well so it doesn't seem so industrial/kitchen like. 

For example, where can I find info that New York City is planning to add a subway line in XXX neighborhood and is set to complete construction in 2030.

Also worth considering is that it's on the same block as MARTA (Atlanta's subway/rail system) and just 2 blocks and one interstate bridge from GA Tech.
