@Katherine Sommer While I think on the national level (CA, NY, NJ, WA, OR, CT, NoVa) there are going to be some speed bumps in the road kicked off by a few global crises' (Great Britain's fuel shortage, China/Evergrande, inflation, end of forbearance).

@Goanar Mar if you’re going to go into real estate sales right after college my recommendation to you would be to make as many friends as possible.

I am planning to buy another house in NoVa in the next few months and right after keep my current house as an investment property.

My suggestion is just to use a standard MAR purchase and sale agreement (P&S) and for the borrower entity put “Andrew Camarda or assignee or nominee” which makes the contract transferable.

Hello, just looking to see if any one has experience with tax sale Auctions in Nova Scotia, I would love to learn more about them.

I am looking for better yields and the real estate value is cheap enough or at least much cheaper than NOVA.

Unfortunately, I feel like cash flow is harder to come by with properties especially in NoVa where the price of properties are already so high.

I think Jan/Feb/Mar is bonkers in Park City, but Apr/May and Sep-Nov are very slow and you should expect lower occupancy and lower prices.
