Hey BP!

Does anyone have experience with vacation rentals in Park City? What is the typical vacancy rate? Are property management company’s charging less than 25%?

I’m looking at a townhome just outside of town that’s a 4 bed, 4 bath. I’m assuming that this could rent for around $400/night. Any info regarding the questions above would be great!
