Hi,We've uprooted ourselves from down under Australia and plonked ourselves smack in the unlikeliest of places, Japan, at a 360 degree cultural turnaround.We arrived two months ago and have survived in a country that speaks extremely limited English and has rigid societal and cultural norms.

& I just arrived here from Australia & had already been very active in REI in Adelaide, South Australia so it was a no brainer per se.Over the years I only ever discussed my acquisitions with him & he often gave great advice introducing me to some very well informed REI Investors he knew personally.

Actually, a new JV Partner closing this week is a US citizen currently living in Australia is our JV Partner on that Houston note.

I wish Australia wasn't such an inflated market.

We are currently residing in Melbourne Australia and the Property Market Median ranges from 700,000 to 1.2 Million+ depending on location.I too have been fortunate to be involved in the Real Estate Market (in the Melbourne regions of Australia) before the market became too saturated.We are currently exploring and seeking to expand and invest in other markets.

I am planning to use Self Managed Super Fund (based in Australia) through establishing LLC in Florida.
