There’s so much to learn, and everyone is really supportive, especially if you’re just starting out.This platform is amazing and yes, meet-ups are a great way to get get some face time, get connected and start building your network.

Looking to get involved in Chicago area multi family real estate. 

Unless you are going to be staying at the place, I would leave it as pet friendly.

I've tried a couple - truepeoplesearch, white-ages, property radar, leadsherpa, batch leads...Some services are better than others, but it is a numbers game and you also can cross check between different platforms.

This platform is great to network and making connections.

We are good friends but that's also not an issue for them because they are a dual veteran couple.

Grading is set to begin once weather gets better.Bank loan is also part of this but  they also are asking known friends to fund the project in return of higher interest rate . 

They are a platform that has no identity and doesn't really know what they are doing or who they are serving.
