@Radley Estrada, and actually, if they lose the key, and they want to drill it out, or hire a locksmith to do that... that is no sweat off of my back, the worse they can do is screw up their mail box.

If they changed the locks, you need to call a locksmith. 

Saved me from having to get a locksmith out while I was 6 hours away.Really all you are left with after these tools is guest communication and any maintenance.

Locksmiths opinion of them seem really biased.

My Dad was an ice cream man and locksmith among other things.

I actually remove locks and bring them to the locksmith for them to be rekeyed - it's WAY cheaper than having the locksmith come to me.

I get it signed by all parties so there's no confusion.If the remaining Tenant wants the locks changed, she can hire a locksmith to do so and then provide you with a copy of the key.
