One of our student tenants is now working for Trader Joes for $22/hr & is getting loads of overtime, he's trying to recruit a couple more of our tenants.

The US government doesn't need the Chinese or Japanese to purchase our national debt.

It has been great for traders though.

Excuses like the Patriot Act/ Homeland Security holding the money up, or excuses like the traders forgot signatures, or expired passports, all of those lame excuses so you do not get paid.

They are efficient and don't take up floor space, They are Fitsibishi or some Japanese name that starts with an F.

I started my career on Wall Street as a proprietary equity trader. 

so it just comes down to what we like to do.Like on New st. sold that to a wall st. trader for 2.2 mil cash  his wife was an Olympic soccer player . 

Those are created for short term traders.

@Jon S.You may think differently about shorting when your large short gets called in when you can least afford it.There are ways to short most things these days but its far from an easy task unless you get everything right and/or have great traders.
