In the military as I visited different units as the chaplain, most would voice the same sentiment in a round about way, "the only way the mission succeeds is based on what we do and without us their would be mission failure." 

Once it's released, you have plenty of options from letting it go back to the county for failure to pay taxes to filling in the gulley and making it usable.

Failure to remove such illegal provisions will result in your rental agreement being declared void and unenforceable and may even expose you to a lawsuit for double damages and attorney's fees by the tenant.

I don't know about all that.I honestly believe I was born to be a failure in life, and that's what I am in many ways.

Because people skip this and jump right to techniques, we have a huge FAILURE rate of people wanting to be real estate “operators”.

My fear is failure.
