I have an abundance of time on my hands, and confidence in my ability to find some financial success thru real estate investing. 

We were amazed at the beautiful and abundant properties.

We have abundant, cheap land not found in other big cites and metropolitan areas.And although we are really bad at Mass and Rapid Transit (no passenger trains or subways) we are really good at building roads and highways that keep everyone moving and the area expanding.

My company has done several deals in Montana and the surrounding area due to the abundance of rural land for investment. 

Now U know why you do not want your kids hanging or staying in Seaside Heights, Point Pleasant and etc. with Snookie and the pedafiles and drug adicts that are in abundance you have to be krazy... or maybe more....Greedy or let's say "ETHICAL"You can network with the Doctors and Nurses of the senior developments and assisted living centers that know when their patients might be......... um checking out.

Here in Cleveland, Ohio the supply of good investment properties is tight in the middle to high priced areas with abundant opportunity for those with more tolerance for the inner city.  

The problem is that I don't have an abundance of start up money and am lookong for funding to possibly purhase my first property.
