Our family moved from CA (with a 2 yr pit stop in NJ) to South Florida (Boca Raton area) about 2.5 yrs ago.

I am looking to buy a home in a specific area (Central Boca Raton) that has 3 gated communities, making "door-knocking" next to impossible.

Ridiculously expensive gated golf community in Boca Raton. 

I have a place that is willing to give us space, and if I can get an idea of how many people, I can then post the venue and time in the appropriate forum of Events and Happenings.So, anyone want to grab some afternoon coffee in Delray Beach on Saturday, November 7th... maybe people from Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Lake Worth, Boyton Beach, Boca Raton, or West Palm?

The market here in the Palm Beaches, Boca, Lauderdale and Miami is pretty high priced right now.Orlando and JAX offer better investment opportunities IMO.
