Brogan is a PRO and one of the top bloggers around for a LONG time.

I would have never found myself here without the brilliant guidance of a financial blogger, who I won’t name so it doesn’t appear that I’m trying to plug their website.

Take a look at this link from an Bigger Pockets blogger named @Brandon Hall.

Not sure, but if I were you I would not consult bloggers for legal and tax advice of such nature, I would spend the couple hundred dollars and meet with a lawyer & CPA to get correct advice and make sure it is correct instead.

So I am coming back to Biggerpockets as it was such a great platform for me to communicate with other active investors during the depth of the crash when I was an Approved Weekly Blogger for Bigger Pockets.Biggerpockets helped me maximize my activity when I needed to and now I want to see if I can give back in a small way.Today I want to start by sharing and asking others what is your best advice for new investors who are spending hours digging through the tremendous content on this site?

Some bloggers never come on the forums.

Without some cycle of tenants, capital improvements, and maintenance the blogger is speaking of Theory and I feel should not be looked to as a "credible expert", but could still have valid points, ideas, or opinions.Like a lot of things, blog posts need to be sifted through to find the gems that will assist each of us to move forward.

Anyone claiming to be able to time markets, be they housing markets, interest rates, or anything else, and this especially includes journalists/bloggers, my immediate question to them is "what the heck are you doing wasting your time talking to me, when (if your claimed market timing abilities are true) you could be sipping cocktails with Warren Buffet on Wall Street for $1500/hr, or managing a hedge fund for >$1m/yr?"
