But nice stuff like new pots pans couches HUGE TVs etc and the money will come. 

I'm kind of curious as to why the deal doesn't pan out for you?

We're still in the beginning stages so I guess we'll just have to see how things pan out...

Do you want to put your place to live at risk because this investment doesn't pan out?  

It's getting caught in the water heater pan and draining, but it puts out the water heater every time.

Since moving to the Pan Handle of Florida near Panama City Beach I've made some adjustments to not living in a city and all the networking options that affords.

I've not seen a dishwasher pan before,  but once tried to modify a 24" pan for an apartment washer to use under a dishwasher (marginal success).

If they're willing to quit their jobs for "better work" (which doesn't seem to be panning out for them) AND they expect you to take it in the shorts because of their life choices, they will never respect you or hold up their end of the bargain.
