At first the city agreed in principle, but when the girls got serious about actually following through, the city "had a change in policy." 

I have also witness many a newbie buy a second thinking it was a first.. and for those reading this.rarely will any of the regulars step in and try to stop you.. they want you to go away  and if you lose money you probably will.. this is a big boy/girl game.

My point is, if your focus is real estate now (instead of subwoofers and trying to impress girls with hard earned cash) work hard at whatever you can do for money.

The estate is typically responsible for any remaining term of the lease but most Landlords just want to empty the unit and move on.If anyone needs to enter the property, escort them and keep a record of who entered and when.
