All signs point to no.However...Middle aged divorced women are my favorite.

I know its not common these days but good land men / women out here in the west this is pretty much how they sell their inventory..

.- Majority of the sellers are older window women.- Properties were on the MLS and were not advertised as seller carry.- 60+ DOM- My offers have been presented to the sellers as a written letter from me outlining my plan and who I am, prior to a formal contract.- Sellers have owned the property 10+ years.- Seller have had some attachment to the property... mostly emotional.Hope this insight helps someone.Frank

For Ex--if you're entering your home -- and you've got a family or say the 20 year old  son and his friends hanging out and drinking beers on the porch ---this will be uncomfortable for the single mother on the 2nd floor and for the 2 professional women on the third.

Let some other landlord take chances on her.I can tell you from first-hand experience (not me) that women who end up in abusive relationships, do so regularly.
