Search for members who have information associated with them that pertains to what you are seeking and send them a colleague request.Bigger Pockets has resources such as: ebooks, forums, blogs, webinars, podcasts, keyword alerts, an awards system, learn section, informative people in many fields of real estate, colleagues, and more.

They will probably need information from the seller pertaining to the DOT and personal information to clear this up.

I never quite knew the term "wholesale" before as it pertained to RE, and I've gotten quite the education in that particular slice of the RE world. 

But just be sure to really be on top of the numbers is my only advice that pertains to any strategy.

There are a ton of different ways to make money in real estate, but not all are going to pertain to your goals and your situation. 

In response to your question pertaining to the expenses, I don't believe the gentleman is including vacancies, it may or may not include repairs.

Plus I'm getting research about specific markets as well so I like reading about posts pertaining to the markets I'm looking at.
