I am considering his coaching program because he seems to me like a very genuine guy and his fee are NOT as hefty in perspective; I mean compared to many others I have seen so far.Why aren't there just mentor willing to take a 50/50 cut on deals by signing a "joint venture agreement" attached to all deals?

The only reason I would quit my job now is if I have something that would genuinely interest me and would be worth it to trade the 40 hours I spend at my job to pursue something else.

You would have thought this was the 10th annual BP Conference, not the first.As I was mentioning to a few folks over lunch today, I think the biggest distinction for me between every other conference, networking event, etc that I've ever been to and this one is that the relationships you build here are genuine.

A better way to state that is deals rarely fall into our laps without some upfront work/networking.This week I have received 4 calls from people referred to me by folks I have met through my real estate business: 2 from contractors who have done work for me, 1 from a tenant in one of my properties, and 1 from another investor who couldn't find financing for a deal but thought it would fit my model.If you get out and work the street - phone calls, emails, face to face meetings - and you are genuine in your interactions, people will send others your way.
