I was thinking of doing something along these lines...If an investor wanted to invest in vacation rentals but didn't have time or experience to find properties, I would serve various roles to facilitate and manage the investment.

To be clear I HAVE ZERO experience in facilitating these deals.  

Once they're both airborne I'll have good infrastructure to facilitate these 2 companies and maintain ownership while building new companies and selling them in the future, so I got new vision and lots of work ahead of me. 

Buyer, Seller, ( non agent ) Facilitator, dual, designated, or single.

This ensures the title is clear and helps facilitate a smooth closing process. 3.

Also could they change the ownership of the property to help facilitate the sale?

Any clarification or additional methods to facilitate a quick turn around would be greatly appreciated.

They facilitate transactions between SPECIFIC  types of buyers which are fix and flippers and buy and holders.
