Since you've reached out to them multiple times with no response, I would send them - by email and mail with delivery confirmation required - a notice that you are cancelling the lease at lease end.

You hit the nail on the head , I talked to nearby buisness owners, and they said the pizza store was in action for 18 months , the proprietor was renting the space from the building owner , he bought all the equipment on credit , unfortunately for him the buisness just never took off .Apparently the product was ok but takeaway was minimal , he did not have a delivery service which probably hurt also , it’s a shame for the guy as he made a beautiful job of decorating the place etc .I’m the end he was way behind in rent and he was thrown out basically and the equipment held.

Of course the person using your mail delivery service would be notified when there is something there and who its from, minimizing traffic.

It says "If the lender identifies rental income from the property, the loan is eligible for delivery as a second home as long as the income is not used for qualifying purposes, and all other requirements for second homes are met (including the occupancy requirement above)."
