If you think moving cities is going to make contractors more reliable I am sorry to disappoint you, if they know you are out of state you will be there last priority. 

So few people help out- very disappointing.

@Takeshia Martin  I agree with Kristine Marie Poe  not sure why all these folks get disappointed because they cant just read BP and have no money no credit and become real estate investors and live their dream.. get  A job for gods sake.. get a RE license sell RE you will earn while you learn... this whole Guru BP stuff about having no money no credit and get rich in real estate is just a bunch of BS... you need to earn it first.. then you can flourish.. you need a reality check and not get down on yourself..  

Haha yeah i figured all the texans would be just a little disappointed.. yes bucks is short for buckeyes and be warned, they are extremely poisonous nuts or chocolate and peanut butter candy

Typically, I'm 100% occupied on all my other rentals, but good ole N.A. never fails to - disappoint.

And that's fine, but anyone who simply relies on the posts/influence points as a measurement of expertise may be disappointed.

My Arizona was doing awesome until the last 2 games, UCLA and USC.. kinda disappointed to fall apart right at the end.

I'm a Heat fan though so go Heat =DLakers = disappointing.
