For me it doesn't make sense because I can make extra income in my spare time.  

Some markets, like Florida and big chunks of Texas, unfortunately, are unlikely to be spared.

I have 2 kids 12 & 15 so we’re busy parents plus I enjoy coaching which I do so spare time is minimal.  

If you have a car and some spare time, you can drive for dollars, skip trace the owner, and call the owner of the property you found while driving for dollars.

In your spare time, read as much as you can about investing.

Hi Trace, I would recommend starting simple by using your spare time to learn about different investing strategies.

Problem with hired services is you are the last guy on their list and by the time the get to you the snow is compact ice or melted.  

I realized that enabling investors to participate in real estate without the day-to-day ownership responsibilities could provide them with the upside of real estate investing while sparing them from the difficulties and complications associated with active ownership.

I work from home full time in my regular job and it’s really a spare bedroom.  

(all I can say is God has some creativity going on,.. or alot of spare parts) I'm talking about that artist that was so popular in the 90's.
