Everyone living there is a mix of young professionals, students, or young adults just getting started in life away from home.

In my opinion, young adults are split between getting more for their money outside of town but being stuck in "the burbs", or having less but enjoying minimal commutes and city life.

I cannot accommodate 3 adults because my place has only 2 assigned parking spots2.

Ufff 20 years is a long way to go...400k after 5 years, 800k after 10 years, 1.6 million after 15 years, top 2% of the adult population.

At our house (which we owned) our son and his friends along with some others we didn't know would practice Freestyle Motocross tricks (back flips, etc. they were pro riders) One of the fathers of one of the riders was also a personal injury attorney and he wrote up a liability waiver that we had parents sign, or the riders if they were adults. 

Make sure the yard is fenced, gate is locked and warning signs are posted by the pool (no diving, under 18 requires adult supervision, etc.)

They said they will never sell and continue to leave it vacant yet they pay rent for their adult son.

I've had one response from a guy who wanted to run a business out of it...Adult family home.The only way the people renting their houses out in the area for a profit is if they bought them decades ago or have them paid off.
