I have a handyman/woman in the towns to handle any minor repairs and cleanup or do a drive by-I rent almost exclusively by word of mouth or the town Facebook Group(generates all the traffic I need). 

I relate to the pennysaver woman—-and I remember pennysaver!!!!

The woman is generally more responsible, more consistent income (I know that most of the rest often comes from her), ambitious and does most of what it takes to keep the place looking nice. 

As a woman I find that contractors try to charge me at a higher rate but there are so many ways around this.

I love Nonviolent Communication, and I went to a training in Columbus, OH, and the lead trainer housed me with a woman who was investing in The Hill Top, and she got me excited about investing there and offered me deals.

He has a woman who works in a small office 2 days a week for about 3 hours each of those days -- otherwise, no one is regularly in that office. 

First of all, you need new PM who has good reviews in that specific neiborhood of Chicago.Then, that turn key property might be running a scam involving loan officers, Appraiser,  etcI know a house in Euclid which is sold to an older woman for $125K FHA in a part of city where nothing worth more than$75-80K.

I met another woman at the REIA in New Orleans she had just sent out her first set of yellow letters with similar results.

Never bought or sold a note but...Years ago while busting my knuckles, never taking a vacation, driving a POS truck, chasing rents & racking up CC debt I met a wealthy older woman who had only dabbled in RE.
