The house will get Lots of hse/abuse....that’s how the workers are...it’s not their place/responsibility.

Just pointing out that the laws can be abused both ways. 

Think: an incredibly sleepy person can pour themselves on a bus or train and wake up near their apt. 

It is such an abuse of what is needed by so many people legitimately. 

Just treating minorities fairly in the business we do every day can have a huge impact, one family at a time.Being able to understand and be aware of our own privilege, whether it's gender, race, sexual identity, socio-economic status or whatever and make sure we're treating those who are not as privileged as equals can go a long way.

Thomas S.As you acknowledged in response to Chris' post, you may not discriminate based upon nationality, ethnicity, religion, sex or sexual orientation, familial status, etc. in Canada.   

In some states, due to persistent abuse, stringent regs were introduced to the point where contract for deeds are almost non existent in those states.  

I would also look at the turnover rate and compare that with the norm, as "lease-up" fees can be abused.
