Company interesting in renting our SFH for blue collar workers

We have a 4 bd/2 bath ranch for rent and a construction company is interested in a year-long lease for the house. It will house their workers on a job site 2 miles away. One of the workers will remain at the house for the duration of the job but crews of up to 8 will come and go as the job dictates. The company is based in another state. Does anyone have experience with this set up and have any advice? We are considering this but haven't decided.

I'd think twice.  You will have a parade of different people, most (all?) of whom you won't screen.  And eight or nine people living in one house?  In some locations that violates zoning codes. At best you're going to have significantly more wear and tear than you'd get for a normal rental.  I'd want a really big deposit, like ten grand.   And well above market rent.
