Syndication is a team sport and takes time to develop, time to prove yourself, time to figure out which role is best for you and time to learn.

Today, we are happy have 3 adorable kids who I coach in several sports have opened our house to fostering and have 18 doors and plan on having 20+ by year end, with only $200k in debt.

Many people who are dismayed by their college experience majored in crap like psychology, sports management, history, eastern european literature or some crap that won't land them a good job.  

It's like love for a sport.

For me, I grew up with a high emphasis on sports and school. 

Also if my wife wants to go to the spa or I want to go drop cash at a sporting event its not even a question, we go do it and I do not care what she spent as she earned it, saved it and manages her money well. 

Person A may have taken family vacations each year and travelled, paid for their kids college, splurged on a pool at their house, had a fun sports car, etc. while person B stayed home eating ramen noodles.

There are plenty of people who own firearms for sport and protection.

But again, I would keep in mind that market selection should also be made based on what is important to you (things like: population, demographics, industries, weather, major sports team, population trends, etc).In any case, if you want to chat more about this, happy to help.
