BUT, last time I tried this I learned that if they don't voluntarily move out AFTER a court order Eviction, you then go back to the courts to get a WRIT of Assistance to 'allow' the Sheriff to 'Assist' in the Eviction.

Here is our overall experience- not much open, tons of for lease commercial spaces, not a lot of people out and about on a beautiful Saturday, lots of crazies, 1000% more pot smell than I’ve ever smelled in the city, lots of trash in the streets and sidewalks.
