@Nick Rutkowski The ReUse store is a great location, Craigslist, LetGo, Facebook Marketplace, I also have developed relationships with outlet furniture stores because not only is it significantly discounted but it’s also delivered and assembled.

I'm sure there are plenty of guys out there that have never pounded a nail or even wired an outlet and are making it as inspectors - but you won't know things in the same way or as well as an experienced construction expert will.

@Steve EmlingIf you are changing the panel, inspectors may require you to change circuit breakers for lights and outlets in all rooms ( except gfci) to arc fault breakers.
