Middle Tennessee has a lot of great areas for rental properties that include Murfreesboro, Antioch, Hermitage, Mount Juliet, Donelson and more.

The time and effort you put into researching and trying to fix will just mount up to more frustration.

If the bed was mounted on top of the desk like this people could live in a very tiny area.

Instead of closets everything should be on wall mounted shelving that is height adjustable. 

I actually live in Mount Airy, NC which is another rural type market similar to Eden potentially.  

I got a Rockform iPhone stem mount which helps.
