I hired a gardener to come in an trim all the trees, install sprinklers, and clean up the backyard (lots of debris from previous owner).

Now this dagger was drilling his brain that he was losing his home, he was never gong to be able to successfully pull out of this and he might as well sell to them at a 20 - 30% loss.All the while, he kept looking at the living room he had remodeled completely with his own hands, the bedrooms, the new infants room, the back deck, the storage units, the front yard rose garden and landscaping all done with his hands, blood,.sweat and tears.

Because of our location and amenities plus the fact that these are ground level garden-style homes across from a rapid transit station we are exploring the idea of converting to full ADA spec handicapped accessible.

I have purchased 10 acres in the Pittsburgh / West Mifflin area and am in the process of pre design for developing 2 story garden style apartments (4 buildings 52 units total) and would like to know if anyone knows the cost of construction in the area for apartment buildings.

My tenants mentioned to me that the neighbor behind my rental property has been complaining about the branches from a very large tree on my property extending over into their yard blocking the sunlight to their garden. 

I'm kind of sensitive to that because I live in Oak Forest/Garden Oaks on the other side of 610 and there's been a movement the last few years to call everything out here "the Heights."

Since this was also going to be my primary residence, I searched the MLS for a home I liked, but needed to make sure it had a garden level with a private entrance.

However, this is a bit restrictive for tenants who like to Garden, and it just happens that I have a fantastic tenant who likes to garden.
