I do not know about your area but where I live providing a cluster box is the responsibility of the post office as it is their decision not to make door to door delivery. 

I would just mention mail / fedex/ UPS delivery was asking at  the house for the sister and ask why.

I always figured if it was delivered with delivery confirmation, without required signature, that was good enough.  

I've had two fridge deliveries from Lowes with slight dings in the front door and they've given me 15% off of one and 13% off of the other.

Food delivery just got supercharged.

Either pick up or delivery.  

Maybe make some videos (unless it's regulated not to--you don't want to end up in the Pokey) and have a memorable delivery style.This is not real estate specific just just money in general, but it gets the point across.Borrow from Mr.
