Over the years, you never know what the lending "climate" or "kharma" is for current loan you seek.

Although in todays hot investing climate, that is getting harder to achieve.

Primarily Reasons for high demand:  +Strong Population Growth  +Strong Job Growth  +Strong Export Market (primarily tech, but other high-value services)  +Attractive Climate  +Limited space to build

This isn't bragging; this is just the current state of affairs in today's investing climate (if it were 2008 all over again, I'd probably be unable to raise any money). 

The best you can do is look for areas with job and population growth and a favorable business climate. 

However in hot climates like Texas I would recommend going with what they call xeri-scaping or no-scape designs that are mostly rock and cactus. 

Houston is HOT, and that's not simply speaking of the climate.

If you have a mobile home rental, and live in a colder climate during the winter months, I highly recommend this $250.00 investment!   

I think it is a shame that this business model is no longer workable in this climate and, the ones who are missing out the most are the ones that can not afford to pay cash for a mobile home.
