Recently I have become interested in note investing and had absorbed as much information as possible and plan to continue down the note investing space and specifically taping into self-directed 401kLooking forward to contributing to the body of knowledge and getting to know the bigger pockets community much better.  

Edited, BTW, know that many colleges or schools allow meeting or classrooms to be used by the public or organizations without any affiliation to the school, just because a class is held at your local college doesn't ensure the content being taught is correct.As to REI, I've read enough in the forums to understand how these "classes" may be carried on, REI is not an accredited body, it's a money making franchise.

I'm not sure how fast a body decomposes, but I do know that once it does, you would want to replace the padding as well as the carpet.
