I know its a thing just wondering if any of you mover and shaker big time property owners would do that.I was in Costa Rica a little while back and the price points there were quite a bit higher.. but of course its not forever to fly there either..Since the boss is a high producing real estate agent in her own right the last thing she is going to let me do is break her away from shopping and the pool to go look at real estate.. :)Anyone own anything over here.... ????

With any senior aged tenants I contract out snow removal (and let them know that I’ll eat that cost as a courtesy).

I’m told Virginia is a “buyer beware” state and the one attorney with whom I consulted indicated I do not have a cause of action to try to recoup damages.Once I get another remediation (there is now visible mold) and the floors replaced, this unpredicted episode may cost a fifth of what I’d originally budgeted for the entire reno (which never included these floors).

Hi Lindsey if you want a duplex its going to cost a lot more than 100K, give 50-75K from a single home (two separate homes double the cost).
