Her uncle 10 acres away would be either thrilled, more likely, or indifferent at worst.

Any references to companies that understand that every property is not going to be the Penthouse @ (insert casino) ?

If your  $550k home is only going to rent for $2,750 on the high side, I'm not thrilled on the investment side.

I do check in from time to time and still not thrilled with what I see.So now I have this little lady from Loopnet calling me every month trying to get me to subscribe again.

HOWEVER--there are MANY I now know and consider friends that are THRILLED with the returns they've gotten by doing just that.
