Interesting I have been watching some that have built 'air tight' mass walls like ICF (I dont like) to the new DOE 2012 IECC code coming to all states, that in the NE cold bitter climate zone are off the grid on solar or geo, using new electric HVAC ductless single zoned called 'minisplits' some though wish they had installed another zone or two or 'air handlers'....nice about these besides being 97% efficient is each room can be set at a different temp unlike forced air that is becoming obsolete due to low efficiency and leaky ducts in unconditioned space robing u-bills.

Unfortunately due to the strict tenant rights laws, there are "Professional Tenants" that know the laws very well and essentially live rent free as they manipulate and swim through the legal system.   

In severe situations a landlord can be liable for a tenant to find them temp living arrangements, such as sewer backup as its a health hazard and a bio hazard.Tough to know without all the details.

They basically use the account as a temp holding account only.

Registered cab companies have existed in their current form as long as they have due to terrible government regulation manipulating free markets, and are now in secular decline.  

I've known many people who pay for a temp proof of funds to get properties under contract and then close with other funds.

I am thinking about working with ProVision Wealth out of Tempe Az, and was wondering if anyone could provide a review or information on this company?

And I am talking people who  work in the government not skid row)...the oven is actual minor in terms of work for me in the process, as most tenants at least try to clean it, so I do the details, but it is very important in the turn around to get it clean..you can get a thermometer to check the temp, too.
