I've had lengthy discussions with the compliance officer at the DIvision and it is touchy...and despite what is in statute the Division has autonomy outside of statute...we have revised code, and administrative code, and internal rules, and egotistical politicians that need to punish people for no reason...so, if you're doing anything related to real estate with or without a license in this state, you're open to the Divisions authority.I had a former business partner pay Vena Jones Cox $13,000 for her guru wholesale program in Cincinnati and I about pulled my hair out....so, I guess the point is that despite the rhetoric, criminals are still actively teaching classes on how to break the law...it's like paying for a class that teaches you how to speed....it's insanity. 

I think the best option (by a hair) would be candidate #2 but I go with the first qualified applicant that put in a complete application because once you have a reasonably qualified pool of applicants you are really just guessing so I figure that way I avoid some of the bias inherent in these decisions.

Deals with hair on them are a lot harder to do now.

Completely agree with especially #3 by @William Sing - Definitely an option worth looking at, combing buying a personal and investment property in one.

Allows the ladys to plug in hair dyers, irons etc and leave them in the draw instead of pulling them out and leaving them on the counter.  

Instead of some bypassing buyers when their agents combed the area in one day just to show a house the buyer's have no idea about, all three showings were initiated by the potential buyers who eager to see the house after they saw pictures on Zillow.com.
