Property values were going up and they believed they would never stop, so many Tom, Dick and Harriet's were buying up properties with loans they never should have qualified for and they bought properties that would never cash flow.

However, I have always made the profit hourly, I have always made the numbers work for me by always being flexible on my driving strategy,  and I haven't once complained about any business scheme the rideshare giants have pulled in the 8 years I have been driving. 

If I bury the $100K and dig it up in 30 years, now my giant, fancy can of coke will "cost" me $209,757, but it's the same can of coke just at a higher price.

The market that I am, is so overpriced, usually the seller and I are not even in the same universe, touring is just a giant waste of time.

I see more and more businesses going out of business, and some new ones, but it seems like the vacancies outweigh the new owners.I think here, to make a decent sale, you'd have to focus on properties that the prison employees would want, which would be SFH closer to the Fort Dick area.  

Yes they are upset but if you go there willing to help them that says more than the giant stack of letters from your competition and your just hoping they happen to call you. 

While those areas are mostly bungalows, Cleveland is the land of giants.
