These guys make me tons of money, and I them, but the greatest thing about it is at 36 years old I can show up to a closing, dressed in a suit, on a huge house where my accountant, also dressed in a suit, and I will make good money and still remind him of that time he pissed in his luggage at the Kentucky derby 16 years ago!

I hope most of you see that much of that is just fancy b.s. sold for way more then it's worth, that you could find on here for free, or at a library or reia meeting.

Don’t get side tracked by all the fancy number crunching.

Lighting is simple, center lights nothing fancy.  

I still drive a beater dressed like a homeless construction painter fixing all my own stuff.

In fact, I often use it as an example of the importance of building a solid foundation, because the truth is, most of the work done before a building is coming out of the ground is the really important stuff, the rest is window dressing.

"Complex" may be too fancy a name in this case.

We're not high maintenance, we rarely drink and fancy food is not our style, good times with friends is really not that expensive.Just now getting into competitive ballroom dancing, meeting lots of fun people and having a great time with it.
